Client Portal: Be able to chat with our 24-Hour dispatch personnel and your investigator during your surveillance hours, you are able to see Pictures, videos, and investigator notes that were taken during your surveillance hours. (This is activated 12-24 hours after your case file is completed)
Time-Stamped Pictures/ and video: Our time-stamped pictures and video shows the date, time, and location where the picture was taken.
Daily Report: Our daily report is uploaded to your client portal 2-3 days after surveillance is completed, this is great for court purposes rather than just pictures and notes, our reports are descriptive and explained in detail
Dash Cam Footage: Our investigators have a dash cam just in case the individual is caught picking someone up, doing a quick stop, or going into a restricted area. you are given any footage that was taken
Following the individual: Our investigators follow the individual they are watching they do not just sit at the home or workplace.
Instant License Plate & Real Property look up: If your individual is at an address that you are unaware of who lives there, we are able to run Real Property records instantly to find out who lives there and quickly perform a background check. We are also too able to run license plates to find out information regarding the vehicle and ownership if your loved one or spouse is meeting up with an individual, You want to know the best part? all the information we gather is uploaded right to your client portal.
